The Safarkhan’s strategy has
been to educate and enrich the
public on the originality, character,

involves curating and pioneering
art functions based on a certain
theme and dealing with art
collectors and experts locally
and internationally to cultivate
the appreciation and popularity

evolved to incorporate more
functions and services for the art
market, particularly in valuations,
authentications, touring exhibition,
promoting and exporting Egyptian

displayed in 1968, and by the
beginning of the 1980s, exhibitions
were being held and inaugurated by

Ayad’s exhibits were the simplicity
of lines, vigorous expression, and
